Product Introduction
TRANSEC is an online drying system suitable for various power oil-immersed transformers. The moisture and moisture generated during the operation of the transformer is a well-known problem. Due to the interaction of moisture and oxygen, the insulation paper in the transformer will age and deteriorate. A product produced during this chemical reaction is water. Only a small part of the water is absorbed by the transformer oil, and more than 95% of the water penetrates into tons of insulating paper. As the water content increases, the insulation aging of the transformer accelerates, which will cause flashover between the coils, tree flashes and creepage phenomena. At the same time, changes in oil temperature during transformer operation may even increase the risk of power failure.
After the insulating oil of the transformer is dried by TRANSEC, the insulating oil will dry the insulating paper and return to the transformer. Utilizing this cyclic effect, TRANSEC can keep the insulating paper dry for a long time, ensure trouble-free operation, and greatly extend the service life of the transformer. Compared with other drying methods, TRANSEC realizes that the transformer can be dried during operation without power cut and transportation.
