Pre-twisted strain clamp
The pre-twisted protective wire has a simple structure and is wound on the outer layer of the wire. A set of pre-twisted wires form an empty tube to wrap the wire to prevent the wire from wearing out and reduce the stress and vibration of the wire.

The two legs of the pre-twisted tension clamp body are twisted and installed on the additional wire to form a whole with the additional wire, and the twisted ring is connected with the matching heart-shaped ring and other connecting hardware to fix the additional wire On the anchor column, bear all the tension of the additional wire within the span.

It is used for the pre-twisted tension clamp at the anchor point of the AF cable pair (including the inside and outside the tunnel). Its structure should have the function of fixing the lead-out angle to ensure that the AF cable jumper and the insulator are close to the metal structure on the side of the pillar. The distance meets the requirements of the specification and avoids the discharge of the AF jumper to the metal grounding body.

The main difference between the take-up pre-twisted tension clamp and the ordinary pre-twisted tension clamp is that it controls the direction of the wire, increases the insulation distance of the line, and can better protect the safe operation of the line.
