Product Introduction
The design and manufacturing inspection of pre-twisted armored protective wire conforms to TJ/GD021-2016 "Temporary technical requirements for pre-twisted armored protective wire for electrified railway catenary"
use:
Pre-twisted protective fittings used to protect the load-bearing cables and additional wires in the catenary system of the electrified railway under the tunnel entrances or bridges and culverts, against damage caused by the splashing or falling of foreign objects, as well as foreign object overlap short-circuit current, external arc, and upper span The burning loss caused by factors such as the disconnection of the electric line plays a very good protective role.

Pre-twisted armored protective wire is divided into A-type and B-type pre-twisted armored protective wire according to the structure type:
The A-type pre-twisted armored protective wire is a double-layer structure, the inner layer is a flame-retardant layer of 304 stainless steel mesh, and the outer layer is a pre-stranded wire of copper-clad steel wire or galvanized steel wire;
Type B pre-stranded armored protective line is a three-layer structure, the middle layer is a flame retardant layer of 304 stainless steel mesh, the inner and outer layers are pre-stranded wires of copper-clad steel wire or galvanized steel wire, and the inner layer is covered with aluminum-silicon alloy conductive sand;
Features:
Protect the load-bearing cables and additional wires in the electrified railway catenary system from damage and various types of burns;
It makes up for the difficulty in inspection and maintenance of the original tunnel entrance or under the bridge and culvert using the insulating sheath, and the defect of the internal clue damage is not easy to find and the function of preventing disconnection is limited;
The material used is the same as the wire, so as to ensure better corrosion resistance;
Installation is quick, simple and convenient. Without any tools, the site can be installed with bare hands by one person.
Performance test requirements:
Resistance to lap short circuit impulse current:
Type A pre-twisted armored protective wire 3 times impulse current ≥4000A, impulse time is 0.5S, and the appearance of the wrapped clue is not damaged;
Type B pre-twisted armored protective wire 3 times impulse current ≥7500A, impulse time is 0.5S, and the appearance of the wrapped clue is not damaged;
Tensile force test:
After the lap short-circuit impulse current test, the breaking force of the composite composed of the pre-twisted wire and the wrapped clue is ≥20KN, and the measured value is about 54KN.
